Opportunities and Challenges of Industrial Application of Fault Diagnosis Technology for Motor Drive Systems
modern industrial technology have injected new impetus into the motor drive field
but have also posed more severe challenges to the operation and control of the motor system. As the basic way to solve the safety demand in industrial field
fault diagnosis is one of the key supporting technologies for reliable control and intelligent operation and maintenance by promoting its transformation from experimental science to applied science. This paper reviews the theoretical and application achievements and challenges of the existing technology
and attempts to build a theoretical system of fault diagnosis application technology. In this way
this paper aims to establish a clearer cognition and a unified basis for fault mechanism analysis
feature characterization
state perception and diagnosis decision against the background of industrial application. On this basis
the fault characteristics characterization under high performance control and dynamic operation conditions and multi-fault identification technology in limited information scenarios are discussed
and the future trend of fault diagnosis application technology is proposed
in order to trigger in-depth discussion among colleagues.
