Optimization Strategy for Load Frequency Regulation Considering External Communication Deviation and Internal User Dishonesty
The communication deviations such as delay and packet loss in the external communication between load aggregators and the upper level public network
as well as the possible dishonest behavior of resident users under the load aggregators
pose serious challenges to accurate load frequency modulation. A load frequency optimization strategy is proposed that comprehensively considers external communication deviations and internal user dishonesty. Firstly
in response to incorrect transmission of frequency modulation commands caused by various external communication deviations
combined with the mechanism of communication deviation
the synthesis rule in the conflict fusion evidence theory is introduced to correct the command deviation because of poor communication quality. Secondly
aiming at the internal credit default behaviors of users
a demand response incentive scheme based on load guideline and insurance theory is proposed. A response guidance mechanism based on users’ integrity is established to accurately deduce their performance and reduce the deviation caused by default. Finally
in order to more accurately respond to the frequency modulation requirements
a weighted projection model for the feasible region of load aggregation is constructed considering the users’ performance ability
to achieve frequency modulation optimization with load differentiation and enhance the ability to respond to deviation information. The comparative analysis of simulation results shows that the proposed strategy has better frequency modulation capability with considering both internal and external deviation information.
