摘要

磁场调制永磁电机基于多工作气隙磁场谐波运行，具有转矩密度高的优点。然而，在逆变器供电下异步于转子转速的气隙磁场谐波更加丰富，导致转子损耗增加。该文研究电压源逆变器空间矢量脉宽调制和电机气隙磁场调制的双重调制行为下磁场调制永磁电机转子损耗组成规律，分析转子磁障结构对谐波损耗的抑制作用。首先，基于气隙磁场调制理论，计算正弦电流供电与逆变器供电下气隙磁密空间谐波的转速与频率。其次，通过逆变器驱动控制电路获取高频谐波的电流波形，并应用等效电流片损耗计算模型，对逆变器供电下电机的转子损耗进行分析计算。接着，引入磁障转子结构，在不影响转矩的情况下，有效抑制时空谐波产生的转子损耗。最后，通过实验验证理论分析与仿真的准确性。

Abstract

Field modulated permanent magnet motor operates based on multiple airgap magnetic field harmonics

which possess the merit of high torque density. However

under inverter supply

the harmonic components of the airgap magnetic field asynchronous to rotor speed become more abundant

leading to an increase in rotor loss. The rotor loss composition of a field modulated permanent magnet motor under the dual modulation behavior of voltage source inverter space vector pulse width modulation and motor airgap field modulation is studied

and the effect of rotor magnetic barrier structure on harmonic loss is analyzed. First

based on the airgap field modulation theory

the speed and frequency of airgap magnetic density space harmonics supplied by sinusoidal current and inverter are calculated. Second

the current waveform of high-frequency harmonics is obtained through the inverter drive control circuit

and the equivalent current sheet loss calculation model is used to analyze and calculate the rotor loss of the motor supplied by the inverter. Then

through the introduction of a magnetic barrier rotor structure

the rotor loss caused by space and time harmonics is effectively suppressed without affecting the torque. Finally

experiments verify the accuracy of the theoretical analysis and simulation.
