Internal Model Control of Bearingless Flux Switching Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor With Rotor Magnetic Suspension Based on Suspension Current Reconstruction
In order to solve the problem that the rotor radial suspension dynamics model in the double-winding bearingless flux switching permanent magnet motor drive system is seriously coupled
nonlinear and unmodeled with a large proportion
which restrict the rotor radial suspension control performance
a decoupling dynamic model based on suspension current reconstruction is proposed
and based on this
the rotor radial suspension internal model control strategy is further proposed. Firstly
the dynamic model of rotor radial suspension subsystem is derived based on finite element method and Lagrange equation. Then
from the Angle of canceling the known feature terms and uncertainty terms of the kinetic model
the suspension current is reconstructed
and the dynamic model of the decoupling of the two suspension channels is obtained. Finally
based on the proportion and differential factors
the rotor radial magnetic suspension internal model control strategy with fast dynamic response and strong stability is designed. The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
