Real-time Carbon Emission Accounting Method Considering Green Electricity and Green Certificate Transactions
“Driven by the "dual carbon" goal, the power sector has achieved new breakthroughs. Experts have proposed a real-time carbon accounting method for electricity consumption, which accurately links green electricity, green certificates, and carbon emissions, effectively avoiding duplicate calculations of environmental benefits and providing scientific basis for carbon accounting in power enterprises.”
