摘要

针对黄河上游新能源装机大规模增加及梯级水能循环利用等新形势变化，该文以龙羊峡—拉西瓦系统为例，以发电量和稳定性最大为目标，建立水-光-风-储多能系统短期互补多目标优化调度模型，给出常规水电扩机、新增可逆式机组、风光装机进步增大、可逆式机组进步扩容等不同电源组合和装机规模，不同季节和天气等情景下的帕累托最优曲线，多能系统打捆外送最优曲线，常规水电和可逆式机组优化调度方式。结果显示，随着多能系统稳定性增加，发电量减小，新能源弃电率增加。可逆式机组利用风光弃电抽水和泄水发电，具有储能和调峰的双重作用，常规水电扩机仅具有调峰作用，因此在系统发电量、稳定性以及新能源利用等方面可逆式机组效果优于常规水电扩机。随着风光装机规模不断增加，需要进一步增加可逆式机组规模，但也面临着水位、流量的波动性增加，给工程安全稳定运行带来一定影响。在相同季节和天气情景下，随系统装机规模增加，系统发电量有明显增加，常规水电发电量没有明显变化，可逆式机组在白天光伏大发时抽水，夜间发电。

Abstract

There have been new changes in the upper reaches of the Yellow River

such as the large-scale installed capacity of new energy and the recycling of cascade hydropower. Taking the Longyangxia-Laxiwa system as an example

this paper establishes a multi-objective optimization model for short-term complementary operation of a hydro-PV-wind-storage multi-energy system

with the objective of maximizing power generation and system stability. The Pareto-set solutions

optimal power supply areal accumulation graph of the multi-energy system as well as the optimized fore-bay water level and discharge of conventional hydropower and reversible pumped-storage unit are provided under different scenarios such as different combinations of power supplies

installed capacities

seasons

and weather conditions. The results show that with the improvement of stability of the multi-energy system

the power generation is decreased

and the abandonment rate of new energy is increased. The reversible unit uses the abandoned solar and wind power to pump water and discharge water to generate power

which has the dual role of energy storage and peak regulation. In contrast

the conventional hydropower expansion only has the role of peak regulation. Therefore

the reversible unit outperforms the conventional hydropower expansion in terms of total power generation

system stability

and new energy utilization. With the increasing installed capacities of wind and PV

it is necessary to further increase the installed capacity of reversible unit

but it is also faced with the increased fluctuation of water level and discharge

which has a certain impact on the safe and stable operation of the project. Under the same season and weather scenario

system power generation grows significantly with installed capacity while conventional hydropower remains stable. Reversible units operate in pumping mode during daytime PV generation and switch to power generation at night.
