“This paper introduces the research progress in the field of the observable risk of frequency limit exceeding in regional cluster microgrids under strong random fluctuations in new energy. Experts propose an optimization configuration method for microgrid group μ PMUs that takes into account the observable risk of frequency limit exceeding, providing a solution to improve the system's frequency response capability.”
