摘要

在大数据时代，大数据技术的应用与发展已成为了全社会的共识，并逐步渗透到了各行各业.企业是大数据重要来源之一，也是大数据应用的关键载体，通过依托大数据推动企业创新、实现转型升级是未来产业发展的重要趋势.目前大部分企业对大数据应用是心有余而力不足，空有一腔热情却缺乏一套有效的建设思路.本文针对企业面对的困惑，提出了关于企业大数据能力构建的一些思路，从企业大数据背景、大数据能力定义、模型构建及对策措施方面进行深入探讨，为企业在大数据发展和能力构建过程提供一些参考的思路.

Abstract

In the era of big data

there is in society a consensus concerning the development and application of big data

which has infiltrated in all walks of life. Enterprises are one of important sources of big data

and are also the key carriers. The big data technology has become an important trend of future industrial development and enterprise transformation and upgrading. However

most enterprises don't have a set of methods dealing with big data. Considering that case

some ideas are put forward about construction of big data capacity of enterprises

which are expected to provide some measures and thoughts on the capacity construction and development of big data for enterprises.
