Research on the Preparation of Peelable Ultrathin Carrier Copper Foil
摘要
In recent years
the thickness demands for the electrolytic copper foil have become increasingly stringent. As an emerging technology for preparing an ultrathin copper foil
the selection and preparation of the carrier foil's stripping layer are crucial. To address the high-temperature diffusion issue of inorganic stripping layers and the weak adhesion of organic stripping layers
this paper proposes an ‘amino acid-metal complex film + alloy layer’ composite stripping layer. Using the electrolytic copper foil as the carrier
a composite organic layer and an alloy layer are sequentially applied to form the stripping layer. After washing and antioxidation treatment
electrodeposition is performed
followed by hot pressing
curing and peeling to obtain a 3.5–6-μm ultrathin copper foil. Experiments with 10 sample sets showed complete peeling
with an average peel strength of 0.128 N/mm (range: 0.110–0.145 N/mm). The peeled foil exhibited a tensile strength of 285–312 MPa and an elongation of 3.2%–4.5%
meeting lithium battery anode current collector requirements. This technology alleviates peeling difficulties and shows good compatibility with existing production processes.
