摘要

针对某660MW超临界机组设计参数及实际运行情况

提出两种工业供汽改造方案

即冷段抽汽+四段抽汽+压力匹配器和热段抽汽+四段抽汽+压力匹配器

并对两种方案进行经济性和安全性对比分析

最终确定两种方案结合使用

可以在满足工业抽汽用汽需求的前提下

机组在最优的方式下运行

达到发电、供汽、供热、海淡等多种产品经营的目的。

Abstract

Based on the demand for external industrial steam

it is planned to carry out industrial steam reformation for a 660 MW supercritical unit.According to the design parameters and actual operation of the unit

this paper puts forward two kinds of industrial steam extraction retrofit schemes

namely the cold section steam extraction+four-section steam extraction+pressure match and the hot section steam extraction+four-section steam extraction+ pressure match

the economic analysis of the two schemes is carried out

and the combination of the two schemes is finally determined

which is expected to meet the requirements of industrial steam extraction under the premise of the unit operating in the optimal mode

to Achieve Power Generation/steam supply/heat supply/desalination and other products business purposes.
