Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to quantify the subjective and objective weights of each index in the credit evaluation of electricity customers
an evaluation method of the credit evaluation of electricity customers which combines improved analytic hierarchy process
coefficient of variation and TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) is proposed.First
according to the principles of orientation
comprehensiveness
ease of operation and so on
a two-tier credit evaluation index system for electricity customers is constructed; then
from the subjective and objective perspectives
the improved analytic hierarchy process and variation coefficient method are used to calculate subjective and objective weights separately. The final weight takes the comprehensive weight value; and based on this
the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution is used to comprehensively evaluate their credit level taking the relative proximity of the first-level evaluation index of electricity consumers as a reference; finally
the effectiveness of research method is verified by simulation and analysis of calculation examples. And the result shows that subjective and objective comprehensive factors are used to calculate index weights in order to evaluate customer credit levels.
