摘要

在电压为110kV及以上的电力系统中

由断路器断口均压电容和电磁正电压互感器所引起的铁磁谐振

在有些地区已发生过。对发生谐振的原因、条件进行了分析。认为“靠改变运行和操作方式以及利用加装阻尼装置”来避免形成谐振是难以实现的。只有对断路器的结构进行改造

才是较好的办法。提出了取消断路器口电容

将此改为“底座补偿电容”的设想。
