国产200MW锅炉机组多数配用湿式除尘器

灰粒沉积导致的吸风机频繁振动是个危害较大的普遍问题。在湿式除尘器不予改造的前提下

提出解决积灰振动问题的途径和具体方法。通过风机叶片结构型式和性能参数的研究

支承方式的合理选定

运行工作点的合理设计以及采用缩放型喷咀进行叶片表面蒸汽吹扫

使风机振动问题得到有效控制

对改造工作效果作了介绍。
