摘要

分析可锻铸铁电力食具NUT-2线夹本体内孔裂纹产生的原因

提出合理改进浇注系统

即适当加高

增大上冒口尺寸或相应地降低

减小下冒口尺寸;适当改变内浇道、横浇道的截面积;严格控制浇注温度和浇注时间以及严格将型砂的水分、强度、透气性和铁水的化学成分控制在规定值以内的工艺改进措施。
