概述中国发展配电系统无功补偿电容器组实时监控技术的现时意义，提出由地调或集控站ＳＣＡＤＡ系统实现无功补偿电容器组实时监控的新理和方法，并报道同类技术在美国ＶＩＲＧＩＮＩＡ电子电力公司的使用效果．

Abstract

The need of developing the real-time var monitor and control by SCADA in China is outlined. A new method of controlling var by Division Dispatching Centre is given. The application of equivalent technology used by U. S. Virginia Electronic and Electric power Company is reported
