在新电厂投产前，一般需要清洗和钝化，以形成一层抵制外界腐蚀的表面钝化膜。传统上常以盐酸作为清洗剂，但由于其腐蚀性，近年来柠檬酸作为一种新型清洗剂，正以其无法比拟的优越性迅速发展，并有逐渐取代无机强酸清洗的趋势。通过小型静态实验，找出最佳使用条件，为其发挥最佳清洗效果进行了一定的探索

which resists atmospheric corrosion before operating.Although hydrochloric acid is the conventional cleaning chemical

it is replaced by citric acid step by step due to its corrosion effect.As a new cleaning chemical

citric acid is developing at a high speed

and tends to replace hydrochloric acid.In order to make citric acid satisfactorily operative

many tests have been done and some best operational conditions have been found.
