摘要

为了强化省煤器的传热，减少烟侧的热阻，采用了以光管的基管并用高频电阻焊将螺旋肋片焊接于光管表面是扩展表面的方法之一。本文通过对国内外螺旋肋片管省煤器应用条件、目的、炉型、结构及措施的技术分析，提出了电站锅炉应用该省煤器的注意事项，以提高锅炉机组整体的安全经济性。
