摘要

通过对豆坝电厂＃３炉高温过热器频繁爆管原因分析，找到了爆管原因是长时间过热引起，对造成高温过热的原因进行了进一步分析，找到了引起高温过热器过热的原因，主要是炉膛容积热负荷设计过高、卫燃带敷设过多，低温过热器和高温过热器设计受热面偏大以及燃烧调整不当等。针对存在的问题，采取了一系列改造和燃烧调整，使超温过热爆管得到彻底根治。
