摘要

黄桷庄电厂２台６７０ｔ／ｈ液态排渣锅炉在运行中炉膛四周水冷壁结焦较严重，特别在燃烧区域结焦尤其严重，燃烧器经常烧坏。通过燃烧及制粉系统调整，使得锅炉燃烧区域结焦得到一定缓解。通过试验分析，找到了燃烧器假想切圆过大是造成锅炉结焦的主要原因；通过改小燃烧器假想切圆及运行调整等方法，彻底解决了锅炉结焦问题。
