摘要

汽轮发电机的定子铁心，在运行中承受着温度、电磁转矩和双倍频率的椭圆振动。在端部铁心齿上，还由于漏磁的轴向拉力，引起轴向振动。有一些铁心，在运行一段时间后，发现铁心振动和齿部折断。铁心振动和齿部折断，往往引起定子线圈绝缘的磨损甚至断齿割透了线圈绝缘。本文对一台ＳＱＦ－５０－２型５０ＭＷ汽轮发电机的铁心松动毛病进行了分析并介绍了对松铁心的局部修理办法。
