摘要

主要论述了在中国最大的电动水泵机组———万家寨大泵生产中采用的一些新工艺措施。其中包括转轮叶片的热弯模压工艺、磁极线圈的焊接、绕制和围带槽加工等新工艺。这些工艺措施保证了产品的顺利生产和产品质量。

Abstract

This paper introduced the technological measures of the largest motor-driven pump

WanJiaZhai motor-driven pump in our country.Tt’s included the heat-bended moulding press of the runners blade;the joint welding

winding and slotting of the copper belt about the bars of magnetic pole.These measures brough to the success of this project and improved it’s quality.
