摘要

对鼠笼式异步电动机比较常见的转子断条、端环断裂故障进行了分析。一方面通过理论推导得出了电机在发生此类故障时的故障特征

并根据多回路理论建立了电机在故障状态下的仿真模型

对电机在转子断条故障下的运行状态进行了仿真

为进一步研制异步电动机状态监测与故障诊断装置提出了一些有益的建议。

Abstract

The common faults such as rotor broken and end ring crack in squirrelcage asynchronous motor have been analyzed.Through theoretical deduction

the fault characters have been obtained

which is proved out by simulation.The simulation is carried out by building simulation equation when the motor is in the fault state.By using the simulation approach offered by software MATLAB

some instructive suggestions for the farther design of detecting equipment have been proposed.
