介绍了某电网无功电压运行存在问题

为解决这些问题设计的区域电压无功自动控制系统的体系结构、应用功能、系统配置等。该系统采用区域控制方法

按照分层控制结构设计

利用SCADA数据进行优化计算

通过变电站VQC装置或综自（RTU）实现站端控制。实施该系统是为了有效改善电压质量

适应调度自动化发展的需要。

Abstract

The existing problems in reactive power/voltage operation of a power grid are introduce

and the structure design

algorithm design and function design about district reactive power/voltage automatic control system are explained.Using the real-time data of power system from SCADA

the control system completes the reactive power optimization and the remote control.The control scheme is operated by VQC or substation automation system（RTU）.It can improve the voltage quality effectively

and represents the development direction of reactive power/voltage management in the district power grid.
