对线损偏高的原因进行了分析

并从技术和管理两方面提出了降低线损的措施

得出“要降损增效

技术改造是基础

管理是关键”的结论。

Abstract

Proceeding from the requests of loss reduction

energy saving and efficiency improvement for electricity market

the composition of grid losses is elaborated

the reasons that line loss is on the high side are analyzed

the technical and control measures to reduce line loss are put forward

and finally the conclusion that the technique reformation is a foundation and the management is a key for reducing the loss and improving the efficiency is obtained.
