Abstract

With the deepening of national power system reform

the country increases the transformation for urban power grid and rural power grid

in which the reconstruction works of one electricity meter for one household in town and country is an important content.After implementing the reconstruction of household electricity meters

some actual problems have been solved for users

but at the same time there is influence on line loss of power supply department.
