摘要

主要论述了在水电、房建工程项目管理中

为了对成本和进度进行有效控制

必须同时监控成本和进度的变化

进而提出了综合控制法原理、操作步骤

在实际工程中具有较强的可操作性

对于水电工程具有显著的意义。

Abstract

In order to carry out the effective control to the cost and progress in hydropower project and housing construction project management

the change of the cost and progress must be supervised in the same time

therefore

the principle and procedures of integrated control are put forward.It has a strong operability in the actual project and is of remarkable significance for the hydropower project.
