分时电价是实现电力需求侧管理预期目标的一项重要举措。综合分析和研究了国内外电力市场中配电侧分时电价的侧重点

介绍了各类定价的数学建模方法

总结了各自的优缺点。最后对分时电价的发展方向做了一些描述。

Abstract

Time-of-use（TOU） pricing is one of the most important economic methods in demand side management（DSM）.The emphasized points of TOU in distribution side of electricity market at home and abroad are comprehensively analyzed and studied

several mathematical models are introduced

and their advantages and disadvantages are summarized.At last

the development of the research on TOU is described.
