摘要

基于目前日趋完善的小电流接地选线技术和智能化的综合自动化系统及馈线自动化技术

提出了全新的处理接地故障的新思路。分析了重合闸技术在该类故障中应用的可行性

阐述了利用馈线自动化技术隔离故障的过程

并表述了该新方法的实用意义。

Abstract

A new idea about how to deal with the single-phase-to-earth faults has been put forward according to the development of the line selection technology in neutral-point non-effectively ground system

intelligently integrated automation system and feeder automation system.In additional

the feasibility of autoreclosure technology in this kind of power system has been analyzed

the process of isolating faults with the use of feeder automation technology is described as well as the advantages of this method.
