摘要

介绍了地方电网中的主调频电站（通辽电站）由于调速器存有缺陷

导致在地方电网与国网联络线故障跳闸后

引起网内频率升高导致高频切机装置动作

造成网内有功缺额从而引起网内低频减载装置动作

最终造成电网部分解列的事故。分析了事故的原因

指出应加强对电网中并网电站特别是网内骨干电站调速器的管理检查

以提高电网的安全稳定运行水平。

Abstract

this paper introduced a grid accident because of the defect of the main powerplant’ governor on the local gird.This accident beacome of a fault of the connect line of the stategrid and local grid.After the trip of line

some over frequency device acted being the increase of grid frequency.Then some low frequency relays act because of the lack of power of the local grid

at last the local grid break up.Analyze the reason of this accident and point out that must enhance the management with the governor of main powerplant to improve the level of grid’s safety.
