摘要

针对冬季火电厂电煤存储量不足造成电力供应不足问题

提出了将模糊决策理论应用于冬季火电厂存煤量的方法。重点分析了隶属函数的确定方法以使决策结果更加准确。

Abstract

The lack of electricity coal reserves of thermal power station results to insufficient power in winter

Fuzzy decision was applied to creating a method on how much coal should be saved in advance for a thermal power station in winter.Membership function definite method has been analysed emphatically to cause the policy-making result to be more accurate.
