The current sensitivity assessment mainly using the ITIC or CBEMA curve as the voltage tolerate standard is not suitable for accurate assessment different type equipments and there is no new standard.In order to obtain high evaluation precision and overcome current shortages

this paper proposed a new assessment method using different probability distribution functions describing the distribution of voltage tolerate curve for each type of equipments to assess the sensitivity of the sensitive equipments.The simulation results for PCs with medium sensitivity show that the proposed method is veracious and suitable.
