摘要

随着以华中、华东、华北电网为核心的大同步网架逐步构建

加之川湘特、超高压直流工程的建设

四川电网与华中四省及华东电网将形成交直流并列运行格局

使得其动态特性更趋复杂

建立实时动态监测系统（WAMS）将对保证电网安全稳定运行提供有效的技术手段。介绍了四川电网实时动态监测系统的建设方案、系统结构和应用功能

并展望了其发展。

Abstract

With the construction of giant synchronous power grid of the central

eastern and northern China

and the development of Ultra-High Voltage DC transmission projects in Sichuan and Hunan

Sichuan power grid and four provinces of central China power grids together with eastern China power grids will form a structure of DC/AC operation in parallel

which will make the operation of power system become more and more complicated.The Wide Area Measurement System（WAMS） will provide effective technical means for the secure and stable operation of power grid.This paper addresses the construction proposal

configuration and functions of Wide Area Measurement System

which has been applied in Sichuan power grid

the future development are also discussed.
