摘要

阐述了湖南电网稳定装置15年来的发展及其现状;介绍了利用电网调度自动化系统建立系统智能化稳定控制的计划;提出了利用微机实现系统在线稳定控制的设想和建立以微机为主体的系统稳定运行“三道防线”的意见。

Abstract

This paper decribes the state of stability sets of Hunan power network in the past fifteen years and tentative ideas to further develop

offers a proposal to set up "a three level Lines of defence" based on microcomputers operating and controlling on line to ensure the stable and secure operation of power system.
