摘要

通过对某厂 1 2 5 MW机组在工作转速下轴振和瓦振异常的分析

指出这种异常的主要原因是油挡与转轴摩擦以及轴承座动刚度下降

从减小激振力和提高动刚度 2个方面有针对性地进行处理后

机组的异常振动消失

Abstract

The abnormal shaft and bearing vibration symptom of a 125MW turbo generator unit at normal speed is analysed in the paper.It is pointed out that the abnormity is mainly due to the decrease of bearing rigidness and the friction between the revolving shaft and the oil catch.As a result

the measure of decreasing the vibration excitation and increasing the dynamic bearing rigidness are proposed.Practice shows that the measure is effective.
