设计了车载雷达用的小型单层恒温高稳晶振

具有良好的老化特性和高可靠性

Abstract

To meet the demand of automobile radars

a small constant temperature quartz oscillator is designed in this paper using AT shear quartz crystal. The design is based on the analysis of analyzing primary oscillator circuit

amplitude magnified circuit

wave shape transform circuit

auto-gain control circuit

voltage control circuit and some other factors. The results show that the oscillator has better aging characteristics and high reliability.
