摘要

对湖南省的谐波情况进行了大量调查

采用自主研发的谐波电能计量与分析装置

对各种计量点根据其谐波特性和各次谐波功率潮流来累计电能。通过该装置和普通电能表电量值的对比

提出合理的电能计量方式以及从计量的角度有效治理谐波的对策。

Abstract

The harmonic condition in Hunan was investigated and energy of all kinds of measurement points according to their harmonic characteristics and all harmonic power load flow were accumulated by using the independently developed harmonic electric metering and analysis equipment.By comparing the value of energy quantities of general meter with that of harmonic meter

a reasonable electric metering method and effective harmonic mitigation countermeasure were proposed.
