摘要

分析了600MW亚临界、超临界汽轮机甩负荷试验时技术难点和特点

对甩负荷试验的OPC控制、机组转速控制、旁路控制、锅炉控制、高排温度控制、机炉泄压方式、辅助设备控制等进行详细的论述

通过采取相应对策后

降低了甩负荷试验风险

提高了试验成功率。

Abstract

The paper analyzed technical emphasis and problems of load throw-off for the 600MW subcritical precritical and supercritical steam turbine

and the OPC control

unit rotational speed control

bypass control

boiler control

high-pressure exhaust temperature control

boiler and turbine exhausting pressure method and auxiliary equipments control are presented in detail.The risks of load throw-off is decreased and the mission success rate is increased by using corresponding countermeasures.
