结余的计算方法以及结余拍卖的清算模型与方法

并结合中国区域电力市场的发展趋势和存在的主要问题

借鉴结余拍卖的思路

对中国区域电力市场的协调发展等问题提出了一些有益的建议。

Abstract

In recent years

Australian national electricity market has being healthily developed and successfully operated.Its experience is of great value for the development of regional electricity markets in China.The settlement residues auction of Australian electric market

including its operation mechanism

method of calculating settlement residues

and the clearing model and method of settlement residues auction

was concisely described.Combined with the development trend and the existing problems of regional electricity market in China

suggestions were proposed for making reference to economic coordination of regional electricity market in China.
