摘要

针对某电厂600MW机组存在的运行热耗偏高的问题

进行了阀门流量特性试验。试验结果表明:机组主汽阀组前后压损偏大。分析试验结果判断出机组调节阀阀座松动

阀碟和阀座之间通流面积偏小

主汽阀组气动特性不佳

从而造成主汽阀组压损大。最后提出了相应的解决措施和改造方案。

Abstract

Turbine valve discharge characteristic was tested to resolve the problem of high heat-consumption in one 600MW power plant and the result indicated that pressure loss between front and back main steam valve groups was too large.Loose valve seat of adjusting valve

too small flow area between valve seat and valve head

poor aerodynamic performance of main steam valve groups were main factors responsible for large damper loss.In the end

relevant solutions and modify project were given.
