介绍300MW火电机组仿真系统的整体结构和基本功能

分析现有就地操作站软件的特点和不足

提出改进思路。基于现场实景察看和设备实物图操作的思想

以ForceControlV6.0为开发工具

设计电动给水泵就地操作仿真系统

完成人机界面开发、数据库组态和控制算法的实现。基于VMW are软件实现模型算法平台、DCS操作员站和就地操作站具有"一机多模"的运行模式。改进后的仿真系统为用户提供更加友好、逼真的就地操作界面

提高操作者对就地系统和关键设备的直观认识

加强对用户操作的实时指导

达到技能实训效果。

Abstract

The overall structure and basic functions of simulation system for 300MW fossil-fired unit are introduced in this article.The features and deficiencies of the existing field control software are analyzed and improvement scheme is also suggested.Based on field investigation and physical map operation

the field simulation system of motor-driven feed pump is designed by using ForceControl V6.0 software and the man-machine interface development

DBManage

and control strategy are implemented.The model algorithm platform

DCS operator station

and field control station are integrated into "one PC-multi models" platform.The improved simulation system provides users a friendlier and realistic man-machine interface

gives users a direct vision for field system and key equipment

strengthens the real-time guides for user operation

and improves the training effect.
