摘要

本装置主要用于600MW

1000MW火电机组发电机定子汽机房吊装作业

配合汽机房原有行车

在对行车及轨道不额外加固的情况下

利用4组200t液压提升装置

完成从吊物孔起升到定子基础的就位作业。介绍该装置的设计及现场使用情况。

Abstract

The equipment was used for lifting generator stators of 600MW or 1000MW units.Together with turbine hall crane and four groups of 200 t hydraulic lifting equipment

the work of lifting the stator from the hoist area to its installation position was realized without additional load on crane and rails.This article introduces the design and on-site application of the equipment.
