Abstract

Most domestic SA335P22 steel boiler tubes have served more than 100 000 hours

and there are some common deficiencies such as inchoative gas hole or welding lines including slag in long-term over temperature.Trough the detection of the welding seam crack of main steam pipe in a certain power plant

deficiencies formation cause is analyzed

also patching technology and it’s effect is introduced in the paper.
