The consultation function of remote real-time technology is realized by using network platforms such as WIFI web camera

access point（AP） and synchronous digital hierarchy（SDH） etc.Through fixing an access point to set up a wireless network

the video and audio signal collected by web cameras is transmitted in real time. The signal is transmitted cross a long distance to the master station through the electrical power SDH network

consequently the technological instruction and diagnose on remote field operation is implemented. In addition

a "Face to Face" interface has been realized and the cost of mass data transmission can be reduced.
