湖南电力备用调控中心调度软交换项目的开展是湖南电力调度交换系统在向软交换系统过渡过程中的一次有益的尝试。该项目在当前全省主要使用电路调度交换系统网络的大环境下

Abstract

To carry out Hunan Electric Power backup softswitch project is a useful attempt to change dispatching exchange system into softswitch system.The project makes the softswitch system integrated and to achieve a seamless transition in the future in the main current circuit dispatching exchange network in Hunan province.
