摘要

按照要求火电企业将逐步拆除已建脱硫设施的旁路烟道

将造成锅炉在启动、低负荷稳燃、深度调峰及煤质变劣等情况投油燃烧时的燃烧产物直接进入吸收塔

对吸收塔浆液品质、pH值、脱硫效率等造成直接影响。文章通过某厂投油助燃时脱硫系统的运行情况

分析锅炉投油燃烧时对脱硫系统的影响。

Abstract

According to the requirement

thermal power enterprises will gradually removal the bypass gas duct in the established FGD desulfurization system

which lead to the direct discharge of combustion products into the absorption tower under the condition of boiler startup

stable combustion at low load

depth peak load cycling or poor coal quality.The combustion products further affect the quality

pH value and desulfurization efficiency of slurry in absorption tower.Influence of boiler fuel oil combustion on FGD desulfurization system is analyzed based on the operation situation of desulfurization system in a factory.
