某火电厂300 MW机组配套的SCR脱硝催化剂分别运行37 740 h和7 450 h

且其中B侧第1

2层催化剂经过化学清洗处理后运行9 480 h

停机后取出代表性样品进行宏观活性、微观性能和表面沉积物的检测

通过与新鲜催化剂比较

得出催化剂的性能变化趋势并作出客观评价。

Abstract

The SCR catalysts have run for 37 740 h and 7 450 h separately for a certain 300 MW unit.The catalysts of 1st and 2nd layer in B reactor were treated by chemical methods and the catalysts has run 9 480 h after treatment.The reactivity

crystal structure of sample

morphology and the surface deposits of representative samples were characterized.The performance trends of used catalysts were obtained by compared with the fresh one

and the objective evaluation of the catalysts properties were realized

which were in favor of optimization of the SCR operation management.
