摘要

为减少水库防洪和发电间矛盾

提高水能利用率

采用Morlet小波对凤滩电厂1951—2010年50年的年均入库径流序列进行多时间尺度分析。结果表明

凤滩水库年平均径流存在3年、5年、7年、16年和25年左右的周期

其变化主要受酉水流域降水量丰缺的影响

同时在一定程度上还受ENSO事件和太阳活动的影响。

Abstract

To reduce the conflict between the flood-control and power generation for Fengtan reservoir and improve the using efficiency of the water resource

the multiple time-scale analysis on the runoff series has been made using Morlet wavelet method based on 50 years data from 1951 to 2010.The results show that the annual average runoff series of Fengtan Reservoir have periods of 3 years

5 years

7 years

16 years and 25 years respectively.And its change is mainly influenced by the Youshui River basin precipitation

besides it’s also affected by ENSO events and solar activity to some extent.
