摘要

考虑网络拓扑的连通性

一般运用最小割集法进行配电网可靠性计算。但由于各类隔离设备的作用和特性

传统的最小割集法不能考虑这些隔离设备对配网负荷点可靠性的影响

因此文中在传统最小割集算法的基础上

对算法进行修正

并对修正后的可靠性算法的计算结果通过算例进行了验证。

Abstract

In this paper

minimum cut sets would be used in reliability calculation by considering the connectivity of network topology. Due to different functions and characteristics of various types of isolation devices

reliability for load points in distribution network cannot possibly be considered comprehensively by traditional algorithm of minimal cut sets. Therefore

this paper focuses on correction based on the traditional method

and the calculation results for reliability algorithm is verified with a numerical example.
