摘要

分析了某电厂"W"型锅炉运行中存在的问题

提出了对锅炉受热面进行优化改造方案

消除运行中减温水量偏大、排烟温度偏高、低负荷再热汽温偏低等问题

改造后锅炉性能试验测试结果表明其锅炉热效率明显提高。

Abstract

Through the W type of a power plant boiler in the analysis of existing problems

the paper put forward the optimization retrofit scheme for boiler heating surface

eliminate the problem of large amount of the of desuperheating water in operation

high exhaust gas temperature

low steam temperature of reheater in low load.The results of boiler performance test after the transformation show that the heat boiler improves obviously.
