摘要

针对架空输电线路因外力破坏跳闸及由此造成故障停运率居高不下的问题

对当前架空输电线路外力破坏现状进行了分析

总结了国内架空输电线路防外破现行管理、技术手段的优缺点

针对"防外破"工作下一步研究的重点

提出开发基于互联网的输电线路外破人防物防技防系统及建设电力在线监测设备与移动办公专用网络等建议。

Abstract

To research the high outage rates of the external damage for the overhead transmission lines

the management methods and technical measures to prevent external damage at present are summarized in this paper. The suggestions of developing Internet based monitoring systems to prevent the external damage

and constructing the private network for mobile office of electric power and so on are also proposed in this paper.
